Overview
PetRehomer is an online pet adoption marketplace connecting shelters, rescues, and potential adopters. I joined initially to handle small fixes and improvements, but it quickly became clear the platform needed deeper architectural support.
Over several months I took over the technical lead responsibilities, stabilising the app, improving performance, and increasing reliability across the entire system. This is a great showcase of how Bubble can be used to deliver a rich set of features and user experience when properly architected.
